45' GOAL! Liverpool 2-1 Brighton! An own goal puts Liverpool back in front. Brezovan punched the corner up into the air and Suarez then saw his shot saved by the keeper. Johnson followed up with a header and Vokes headed off the line and against his own man, Liam Bridcutt, as the ball crossed the line.
57' GOAL! Liverpool 3-1 Brighton! Carroll's frustration dissipates as he coverts with a fine first-time finish. It was a nice move from Liverpool and Downing skipped away from Calderon as the Spaniard went to ground before finding Carroll with a cut-back.
71' GOAL! Liverpool 4-1 Brighton! Bridcutt with another own goal, how unfortunate. Liverpool break from a Brighton corner and Navarro makes a horrible mess of a bouncing ball in the box as Gerrard sneaks in and sees his initial effort saved, before the follow up is turned in by the luckless Bridcutt.
75' GOAL! Liverpool 5-1 Brighton! ANOTHER own goal! What on earth is Dunk doing? Brezovan misses a cross from Suarez and Dunk controls with his chest, before trying to juggle the ball up with his knee and accidentally knocking it over the line, before trying and failing to hook it out. Embarrassing, to be honest.
85' GOAL! Liverpool 6-1 Brighton! Suarez gets his goal after missing that penalty. Carroll heads back across goal from an Enrique ball and Suarez leaps to knock it over the line from close range.
81' Suarez sees his penalty saved! And he fails to convert the follow up! 80' Penalty to Liverpool! And Dalglish tells his side to give it to Suarez.
