Serio Busquets is almost certain to miss out for Barcelona after suffering a nasty leg to his leg in Saturday's La Liga victory over Real Sociedad. Barca are already missing Spain internationals Pedro, David Villa and Andres Iniesta to injury, while Ibrahim Afellay is a long-term injury victim. Youngster Cristian Tello is likely to retain his place in the side while Xavi, Alexis Sanchez and Gerard Pique should start.
Valencia will bring Ever Banega and Jonas back into midfield as they search for the goal they need to prevent elimination at the semi-final stage.
