Zambia are at full strength ahead of the semi-final and looking to captain Chris Katongo and Young Boys striker Emmanuel Mayuka for inspiration as they seek to upset the odds.

Ghana are awaiting news on defender John Mensah who was forced off due to injury in the quarter-final win over Tunisia. They have also had one less day to prepare for the contest and a delay in a flight caused disruption to their training plans on Monday.
